Where are you located?

4645 Avon Lane, Suite #100B, Frisco, TX 75033 – RISE Counseling & Play Therapy is located inside of Tiffany Ross Counseling. While the practitioners at this location share office space and resources, each operates as an independent professional entity and is not affiliated with the others in a business partnership. Each practitioner is solely responsible for their own clients, services, and professional conduct.

Do you work with adults?

Yes. I see all ages 3 and up! Especially, I work with trauma cases and utilize EMDR.

what if my child's appointment is during the school day?

I provide an excused absence note and work closely with the schools.

What are your rates?

$165 for a 50-55 minute session, depending on clean-up. Kids and teens aren’t required to clean up toys or art after the session. Initial phone consults are free and limited to 15 minutes.

Do you accept insurance?

No. I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide a Superbill for you to file to insurance on your own. Most insurance plans will have some benefits for seeing a therapist out of network, while others may only allow what you pay to be applied toward your deductible. Please check with your insurance company to understand your reimbursement rates and rules.

Do you require both parents sign consent paperwork for a minor?

Yes. At RISE Counseling & Play Therapy, it is required for both parents to sign consent paperwork and be informed that their child has begun counseling services.
